§ 31-10-6-3

A limited instruction permit expires on the eighteenth (18th) birthday of the permit holder. A limited provisional license expires on the eighteenth (18th) birthday of the permit holder. A full operator’s license shall be issued and expires on the date pursuant to § 31-10-30. The fee for a limited instruction permit or a limited provisional license is ten dollars ($10.00).
