§ 31-16-6-1

Any person who violates the provisions of § 31-16-2 pertaining to the right-of-way of pedestrians, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than seventy-five ($75.00). History of Section.P.L. 1999, ch. 383, § 2; P.L. 2006, ch. 216, § 64.
