§ 31-17-5-1

Any person who violates any provision of §§ 31-17-1 — 31-17-5, pertaining to the right-of-way of pedestrians, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than seventy-five ($75.00). History of Section.P.L. 1999, ch. 383, § 4; P.L. 2006, ch. 216, § 65.
