§ 31-18-11-1

If any portion or provision of §§ 31-18-10 and 31-18-11 is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the remaining parts or provisions shall remain in full force and effect. History of Section.P.L. 1984, ch. 298, § 2.
