§ 31-19-3-6

The license provided for pursuant to this chapter may be denied, suspended, or revoked on any of the following grounds: (1) Proof of unfitness of the applicant; (2) Material misstatement of the applicant in the application for a license; (3) Violation of any provisions of this chapter or of the provisions of any ordinance established by the town council enacted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
