§ 31-22-15

Every licensed wrecker who shall render towing and storage services for the benefit of a motor vehicle owner shall have a lien on and may retain the possession of the motor vehicle until the charges for the towing and storage have been paid. History of Section.P.L. 1968, ch. 161, § 1.
