(a) No person shall operate any truck, truck/tractor or passenger bus upon any highway unless there shall be carried flares and/or warning devices for stopped and/or disabled vehicles. (b) These flares and/or warning devices shall conform and be displayed according to regulations set forth in 49 CFR Parts 390-399, as amended.
