2. Any employer who intentionally violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of § 24-8-4.2 shall be subject to a fine of up to three hundred dollars ($300) for the first offense up to six hundred dollars ($600) for the second offense and up to nine hundred dollars ($900) for the third and subsequent offenses; said cumulative offenses shall be limited to the same job site or location and the same highway or bridge or contract.
