Sinotte. The administrator of the division of motor vehicles is authorized and directed to issue a special registration plate for the private passenger motor vehicle of Jeanna Sinotte, the widow of deceased Police Lieutenant John J. Sinotte of the town of Johnston. The plate is to bear the identification 'Police Lt. Emeritus' with the designation number '20' and the seal of the state imprinted on it.
