The administrator of the division of motor vehicles is authorized and directed to issue a special registration plate for the private passenger motor vehicle of Brooke McGregor, the widow of deceased Police Major Alister McGregor of the city of East Providence Police Department. The plate is to bear the identification 'Police Major Emeritus' with the designation number to be chosen by the widow and the seal of the state imprinted on it.
