Ragosta. The administrator of the division of motor vehicles is authorized and directed to issue a special registration plate for the private passenger motor vehicle of former Superior Court Judge, Vincent A. Ragosta. This plate is to bear the identification 'Judge Emeritus' with an appropriate number and a seal of the state thereon imprinted and the plate shall be furnished without an additional registration charge for such period of time as Judge Ragosta so desires.
