§ 31-46-5

Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a felony and shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than five (5) years, a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000), or both. History of Section.P.L. 1977, ch. 144, § 1.
