§ 31-47-1-10

(a) The traffic tribunal shall have jurisdiction to enforce the criminal penalty provisions of this chapter. (b) The traffic tribunal shall have jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of any rule or regulation issued by the department pursuant to this chapter. The division of enforcement of the department of environmental management shall have jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of any rule or regulation issued by the department of environmental management pursuant to this chapter.
