§ 31-47-4-1

As used in this chapter: (1) 'Account' means the uninsured motorist identification restricted account created in § 31-47.4-2. (2) 'Database' means the uninsured motorist identification database created in § 31-47.4-2. (3) 'Designated agent' means the third party the division of motor vehicles contracts with under § 31-47.4-2. (4) 'Division' means the division of motor vehicles.
