§ 31-51-5-1

The revenue generated from each fine imposed pursuant to this chapter shall be allocated as follows: (1) Seventy-five percent (75%) to the vendor; (2) Twelve and one-half percent (12.5%) to the state general fund; and (3) Twelve and one-half percent (12.5%) to the municipality where the violation takes place.
