§ 33-15-1-40

The parents or guardian of a minor child who resides with the parents or guardian shall have the authority to have the child tested for substance abuse, at the discretion of the parent or guardian. The results of any tests performed pursuant to this section shall not be admissible in any judicial proceeding, civil or criminal. History of Section.P.L. 1992, ch. 493, § 5.
