§ 33-15-4-2

The probate court may on exporting application, issue orders providing the payment of a filing fee in cases of a good Samaritan guardianship, prior to the filing of the petition. The probate court shall provide forms for such application for waiver of fee. History of Section.P.L. 1999, ch. 494, § 1.
