§ 33-15-40

1. An appeal may be taken to the supreme court from any final order, judgment, or decree of the superior court entered in any proceeding brought under the provisions of § 33-15-37 or 33-15-37.1 at any time within twenty (20) days from the entry of the order, judgment, or decree, and not thereafter.
