§ 33-21-1-28-1

(a) The administrator may dispose of any 'de minimis' property delivered under this chapter that has been in possession of the administrator for more than ten (10) years. No action or proceeding may be maintained against the state, or any officer, or against the holder for any action taken by the administrator pursuant to this section. (b) For the purposes of this chapter, 'de minimis' property means any property with a value of less than fifty dollars ($50.00). History of Section.P.L. 2011, ch. 293, § 1; P.L. 2011, ch. 301, § 1.
