§ 34-18-42

(a) A lien or security interest on behalf of the landlord in the tenant’s household goods is not enforceable unless perfected before the effective date of this chapter, except as provided in § 34-18-50. (b) Distraint for rent is abolished. History of Section.P.L. 1986, ch. 200, § 2.
