§ 35-10-2-3

As used in this chapter, the following terms, unless the context requires a different interpretation, have the following meanings: (1) 'Commission' means the state investment commission; (2) 'Participation Unit' means the equal proportionate share into which the beneficial interest in the trust is divided and includes a fraction of a unit as well as whole units.
