§ 35-8-10-1

The commission may incur reasonable expenses in the fulfillment of its duties, including but not limited to bond counsel and financial advisement. These expenses shall be paid out of the commission’s annual appropriation. History of Section.P.L. 1998, ch. 31, art. 26, § 3.
