§ 36-12-2-4

For purposes of fulfilling any employer obligations under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA), 42 U.S.C. § 403 et seq., a domestic partner shall be deemed a dependent of an employee as defined herein. History of Section.P.L. 2006, ch. 189, § 2; P.L. 2006, ch. 316, § 2.
