§ 36-14-1-3

Every state vendor and every procurement official that knowingly and willfully violates the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty of not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000) per offense. History of Section.P.L. 1987, ch. 487, § 1.
