§ 37-16-12

In any proceeding under this chapter, unless the parties agree as to the arbitrator’s or arbitrators’ fees, the fees shall be fixed by the court or the judges thereof who shall require the payment equally by both parties of the arbitrators’ fees. History of Section.P.L. 1967, ch. 165, § 1.
