§ 37-8-1-3

The director of the department of administration is hereby authorized and empowered to convey the courthouse in Woonsocket formerly used by the seventh division of the district court to the city of Woonsocket. The consideration for the sale shall be one dollar ($1.00). The city of Woonsocket shall be responsible for all costs associated with the conveyance. History of Section.P.L. 1992, ch. 155, § 1.
