§ 39-1-2-14

If any provision of this chapter or the applicability thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter and the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. History of Section.P.L. 1984, ch. 119, § 1.
