§ 39-18-1-6

If any of the provisions of this chapter or the applicability thereof is held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the provisions of this chapter shall not be affected thereby. History of Section.P.L. 2011, ch. 151, art. 22, § 1.
