When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) 'Commission' means the Rhode Island public utilities commission. (2) 'Division' means the division of public utilities and carriers. (3) 'Nonregulated power producer' shall have the same meaning as that which is contained in § 39-1-2.
