§ 4-12-11

Any permit for the movement of bees or used beekeeping equipment into the state, or any health certificate, issued by the director or authorized personnel, may be revoked for cause by the director or authorized personnel. Notice of this revocation shall be in writing and shall be mailed, by certified mail, to the last known address of the holder of the permit or certificate. History of Section.P.L. 1989, ch. 495, § 2.
