§ 4-13-1-13

In the event that the owner or keeper of the vicious dog is a minor, the parent or guardian of that minor is liable for all injuries and property damage sustained by any person or domestic animal caused by an unprovoked attack by that vicious dog. History of Section.P.L. 1986, ch. 429, § 3.
