§ 4-4-27

All turtles being sold in this state shall be certified by the seller as being free from salmonellosis. Any person knowingly violating this section shall upon conviction, be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200). History of Section.P.L. 1972, ch. 209, § 1.
