§ 40-1-21-2-1

Whenever in any existing law, regulation, or document, reference is made to the 'division of retardation and developmental disabilities,' the term 'division of developmental disabilities' shall be used in lieu thereof. History of Section.P.L. 1993, ch. 120, § 6.
