§ 40-1-5-40-2

Any person, who, in good faith, makes a report pursuant to § 40.1-5-40.1, excluding any perpetrator or conspirator of the acts, shall have immunity from any liability, civil or criminal, that might be incurred as a result of having made the report. History of Section.P.L. 1983, ch. 145, § 1.
