§ 40-14-1

For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) 'Department' means the state department of human services. (2) 'Director' means the director of the department of human services. (3) 'Fund' means the equipment loan fund for people with disabilities. (4) 'Person with a disability' means any person who has a physical or mental impairment, whether congenital or resulting from trauma or disease, that substantially limits one or more major life activities.
