§ 40-6-3-11

For purposes of this chapter, the term 'dependent child' shall mean a dependent child as defined by Title IV-A of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 601 et seq., as amended. History of Section.P.L. 1987, ch. 118, art. 13, § 2.
