Walsh Park. That certain park located on the grounds of the Rhode Island medical center consisting of approximately 5.9 acres and bounded on the south by Howard Avenue, the east by Chapel Road, the north by Maintenance Access Road, and the west by West Road shall be officially named and known as the 'Margaret S.
