§ 42-155-9

When issuing rules and regulations, or any amendments to rules and regulations, or when adopting bylaws or amendments to bylaws, each quasi-public corporation shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 35 of title 42 ('Administrative Procedures'). All quasi-public corporations shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 46 of this title ('Open Meetings'), chapter 2 of title 38 ('Access to Public Records'), and chapter 14 of title 36 ('Code of Ethics').
