§ 42-17-1-2-4

(a) The director of environmental management shall administer and enforce, as provided for by § 31-37-7.1, standards for gasoline additives. (b) The director shall report on or before February 1, 2007, to the governor, the president of the senate, and the speaker of the house, with regard to the status of the implementation in other states of restrictions on gasoline additives prescribed by § 31-37-7.1.
