§ 42-17-4-9

The superior court shall have jurisdiction in equity to enforce the provisions of this chapter. Proceedings under this section shall follow the course of equity and shall be instituted and prosecuted in the name of the board, by the attorney general. History of Section.P.L. 1978, ch. 282, § 1.
