§ 42-17-7-7

Notwithstanding the provisions of § 42-35-13, the director shall have no communication directly or indirectly, with a hearing officer relating to any issue of fact or of law on any matter then pending before said hearing officer. History of Section.P.L. 1989, ch. 508, § 1.
