§ 42-20-8-1

A complete and legible copy of each contract entered into after September 30, 1994 by any state agency and department of state government, including without limitation public and quasi-public agencies, authorities, boards and commissions, involving the expenditure of more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) shall be made available to the public at the office of any state agency and department of state government entering into the contract.
