§ 42-61-1-7

Any consumer who suffers a loss by reason of a violation of any provision of this chapter may bring a civil action to enforce those provisions. Any consumer who is successful in this civil action shall recover reasonable attorney’s fees, and court costs incurred by bringing this civil action. History of Section.P.L. 1991, ch. 276, § 1.
