§ 42-64-1-4

The Rhode Island economic development corporation may initiate an economic development project by adopting an economic development project plan in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation Act, chapter 64 of this title, and any regulations of the economic development corporation. A project plan may be amended from time to time and may include: (1) A general description of the land within the project area; (2) A general description of the present condition and uses of the land and any improvements on the land; (3) A general description of the land uses or building uses proposed by the economic development corporation for the project area; and (4) Any other items as the port authority may, in its discretion, deem appropriate.
