The commission shall at all times keep full and accurate accounts of its receipts, expenditures, disbursements, assets, and liabilities, which shall be open to inspection by any officer or duly appointed agent of the state or the city. The commission shall report annually on: (1) Its finances; (2) On the activities undertaken, the progress made in meeting goals and objectives set forth in its plans, and its proposed activities for the next year; and (3) The name, address, and amount of tax credit received for each taxpayer during the previous state fiscal year. Copies of these reports shall be submitted to the governor, the speaker of the house, the president of the senate, the chairpersons of the house and senate finance committees, the tax administrator, and the mayor of the city of Providence.
