§ 42-64-14-3

The purposes of this chapter are to: (1) Create a state-local-private sector partnership to plan, implement, administer, and oversee the redevelopment of the surplus I-195 properties; and (2) Authorize, provide for, and facilitate the consolidated exercise of development and redevelopment powers existing at the state and local levels.
