§ 42-64-22-11

Nothing in this section shall be construed to interfere, restrict or prevent any qualifying community or hope community from granting tax stabilization agreements pursuant to § 44-3-9 or other applicable sections of title 44 of the general laws. History of Section.P.L. 2015, ch. 141, art. 19, § 5.
