§ 42-66-1-2

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise: (1) 'Director' shall mean the director of the office of healthy aging or the director’s designee. (2) 'Housing for the elderly' shall mean private and public housing complexes designated by the federal government as housing for the elderly located in the state.
