§ 42-7-2-19

(a) There is hereby created within the executive office of health and human services a restricted receipt account to be known as the HIV Care Grant rebate account to receive and expend pharmaceutical rebates on HIV treatment and prevention services. (b) All amounts deposited in the HIV Care Grant rebate account on or after July 1, 2014, shall be exempt from the indirect cost recovery provisions of § 35-4-27.
