§ 42-7-2-8

The governor may, by executive order, reassign any advisory bodies, boards, or commissions associated or affiliated with the departments to the secretary of health and human services or assign any such entities that may be created. History of Section.P.L. 2006, ch. 246, art. 38, § 19.
